Leamington cycling and athletic club
75th Anniversary Afternoon Tea, Dinner/Dance and Prize Presentation
will be held at the Royal Pump Rooms, Leamington Spa
on Saturday 6th December 2003

Programme

• 11.30am easy and hard cycle rides from the Town Hall, Leamington Spa, returning 2.00 pm at The Jephson Garden Restaurant for Afternoon Tea (until 4.00 pm). Music by 'Retrospect'. Those not cycling are also welcome to attend the afternoon tea to reminisce with old club members.
• 5.30 pm for 6.20 pm - drinks at reception (included) - red/white wine/soft drinks.
• 6.20 pm call for dinner. Sit down 6.30 pm.
• 8.00 pm - speeches and prize presentation
• 9.15 pm - dancing to Alaz Du
• 11.30 pm - bar closed but dancing until midnight.

• Symphony of melon
• Mixed fresh baked bread roll
• Argyllshire lamb with mashchamp
• Chef's selection of vegetables, potatoes and roast potatoes
• Tarte au citron
• Coffee and petit fours
• Cheese on standby - alternative to sweet

Tickets: £25-00 (including afternoon tea)
The club has a special high interest bank account for the ticket money so please pay early to help club funds.
