To view or print the document you need to have the right program on your computer. I save documents in Word format, so to view or print them you'll need either Word, or Word viewer (which is free). Try clicking the link below to see whether you can view the document on your computer. If a box appears asking where to save the file then it didn't work. If nothing seems to be happening then it's probably working; wait a minute and it should load the page. Click Here to view a Word Format document. If it didn't work then you need to download a free program called Word Viewer. This will let you read Word Format documents for free and takes about 10 minutes to download. To start the download go to the link below and press the download button. Once the download has started, clear the box which says 'close this box when download is complete'. When it's finished downloading press the open button and follow the instructions on screen. Click here to go to the download site Once the download is complete and the program is installed you should be able to view Word documents, try the test Word Format document above to check that it worked.
